This is a porcelain plate with the 1982 world's fair  sunsphere and a rainbow on it. The cup has the fair's logo on it.  Both are from the Knoxville Tennessee World's Fair in 1982.
Measurements:
Plate: 10 3/8" in diameter.
Cup: 3 3/4" tall and 3" in diamter.
Preowned items in good condition. There is a small chip of the rim of the plate. There are no chips, cracks, or stains on the cup. They both have some light surface scratches, settle dust, and wear on them from being displayed and age.
