This is a Waltham vintage watch famous for making pocket watches since the 1950s. VACUUM is the model name for Waltham's vacuum clock. It seems to be a model before 1978.
Mineral glass is used on the glass surface. Wood style dial on combination case. It has a classical and elegant design. There are some signs of use and small scratches, but I don't see any big noticeable scratches. Please check the photo.
