purchased a war bond would receive one of these with their name written in the blank box area on the front to hang in the window of their home.

PRINTED ON MEDIUM WEIGHT UNCOATED OFF WHITE PAPER IN BLUE AND RED ON ONE SIDE.
CONDITION IS VERY GOOD WITH MINOR WEAR AROUND THE EDGES.  COLORS ARE STRONG. SOME COLOR AGE TO THE PAPER. THERE ARE TWO THUMBTACK HOLES AT THE TOP CENTER. A CHIP AND FOLD LINE ON THE LOWER RIGHT FRONT CORNER.

subscriber poster. These bonds were sold primarily by the boy and girl scouts. The scouts ended up selling 2,328,308 liberty bonds between 1917 and 1918. This totaled 4,859,262 that the government owed to the people of the United States and ,043,698 allocated to the Allied forces. The expenses covered by these loans included weaponry, medical and surgical supplies, and vehicles.
