Old Foley James Kent Staffordshire England Mini Sugar and Creamer, Wild Rose pattern, I believe, but am not positive.  The flowers and leaves are still strong in color.
This little set is in very good vintage condition with no chips or cracks that I could detect.
Creamer measures 3" handle to spout by 2"T
Sugar measures approximately  2"D x 1"H
