What is "Triangular Oscillation Vibration"?
The Triangular Oscillation System (T.O.S.) vibrates at the correct megahertz from a medical (and body-toning) standpoint, using a lift mechanism along with the vibration. It vibrates in the 30Hz - 60Hz range.  The T.O.S. system used by the VBX4000 generates systematic involuntary muscle contraction, with less G-force than the “piston” systems. This stimulates receptors in the Achilles tendon ("golgi bodies") that, in turn, stimulate the nerve receptors that track up to the cerebellum (the part of the brain that is responsible for balance). This pleasant rocking and rolling action causes the brain to tell the muscles of your body to actively contract to maintain its equilibrium, thus creating a therapeutic and muscle-toning workout.
Is Vibration Therapy Safe?
There is mounting scientific evidence - through both animal and clinical studies - that low-level, mechanical signals delivered via whole-body vibration machines can stimulate bone formation; assist in weight loss; reduce back, joint pain, arthritis, and more; and assist in overall increased strength and mobility.
