Large WW-1 Wrigley's Gum Ad. 1917

Description

This is an original advertisement featuring
Wrigley's
chewing gum. The ad is obviously focused on our soldiers overseas during the first world war. The young lady in the ad is rather risque' for the time period with the amount of cleavage she's revealing. The advertisement was salvaged from a tattered and torn newspaper dated
September 19, 1917.
The ad measures 6 1/8 x 12 inches, and unlike the newspaper it was rescued from, this piece is exceptionally clean and in remarkable condition. I have it encased in a plastic sleeve and secured to a sturdy backing. It can easily be removed for custom framing and it will be shipped flat, just as you see it in my photos. Above and beyond all this. A great piece for any WW-1 collection.
