J. Kent Fenton Flow Blue Plate, England, Oriental Pattern, 10.5"

Description

This auction features a breath taking flow blue dinner plate by J. Kent Fenton.
It has a busy Oriental scene on it.
The condition of the plate is remarkably very good for its age.
On the front of the plate I see only a few utensil marks.  Apparently someone actually ate off of this plate
one time
.
There are two minor chips on the backside of the plate that are not evident on the front side.  I see some manufacturer's defects on the rim.
The glaze on this plate is magnificent.  I would imagine that this plate was a show piece item.
This plate is sold as is as I found it at an estate sale.
