    RETURNS
    You have thirty (30) calendar days to return a photo/item from the date you received it.
    To be eligible for a return, the photo/item must be in the same condition that you received it. The photo/item must be in the original packaging.
    Photos may not be scanned, photographed, copied, or duplicated in any way by you, or anyone associated with you, prior to returning them to TV Photo History/RememberMarilyn.
    Photos/items need to have the receipt or proof of purchase when returned.
    A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned photos and items purchased from TV Photo History/Remembermarilyn.
    REFUNDS
    Refunds for photos/items will only be issued based on condition defects, not for any other reason.
    If the photo/item is damaged during shipping, a credit will be issued for a future purchase. No cash refunds will be issued in the case of an item damaged during the shipping process.
    Once we have received the photo/item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the photo/item.
    If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on the financial entities’ policies.
    SHIPPING
    You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your photo/item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
    If your photo/item is not insured and is lost or stolen, or is confiscated or destroyed by Customs, a refund will NOT be issued.
