This is actually the first version of the Bell Slingshot I bought to try out. Even in used condition it still added at LEAST 20% to the poundage I was using!
After being a competitive lifter for over 50 years now I must admit these Slingshots have reinvigorated my interest in benching and I've been trying numerous brands and types. I HIGHLY recommend adding one of these to your training. It's really made benching FUN again for me!!
For sale:
Well Used condition. Lots of typical"ribbing" at the edge. 2 small stains didn't wash out using cold water, but item is perfectly clean.

saw a lightly used one (Used 3 times) sell on eBay for .75 including shipping, Item #141914334415 & another supposedly "Used 1 time" went for .80 with shipping, Item #231874206532, so even used, they maintain their value.
