Some wear as pictured but dispalys nicely The poster measures 30" x 40".
Designed by Frederick Duncan for the United States Salvation Army Home Service Fund Campaign from May 19 – 26, 1919. This poster features a woman in a Red Cross uniform lifting her hand high above her head, with many destitute people below her – a very gloomy image that hopes to inspire people to donate to the cause and help out. “A MAN MAY BE DOWN BUT HE’S NEVER OUT!”
