This colorful lithographed poster was issued to promote Victory Liberty Loans.
It is signed and dated in the plate: "Alfred Everitt Orr - 18".
Alfred Orr (1886-1931), a noted New York portrait painter and illustrator, worked in California for a number of years and then London. He painted six covers for the

Old tape repair on verso to short tear in upper blank margin has bled through to recto, otherwise good condition.
